Carotapets

Carot wallpapers as a design idea in the children's room

Carot wallpapers occupy a large space in every wallpaper collection. There is a good reason for this. Because the chequered kids wallpapers are versatile in wall design.

The chequered pattern is classic and timeless. Depending on the colour and size of the checks, the wallpapers are sometimes more or less striking. Basically, however, they belong to the more restrained and classic patterns.
They can be used very nicely on their own in wall design. Entire walls or just parts are interesting possibilities. With partial wall design, for example, it is a nice design option to create a horizontal subdivision and then only provide the lower part with the wallpaper.

If the checks are chosen small, the impression of a single-coloured wall can arise from a distance. Only on closer inspection does the pattern become visible. This is also a beautiful effect of these all-rounders.

Carot wallpapers can be combined in many ways. There are no limits to the imagination. They are a nice antithesis to patterned wallpapers and motif wallpapers. In this context, they tend to have a calming effect because they reflect a clear structure.

Together with unit wallpapers, they are then rather invigorating. With chequered wallpaper, you are almost always on the safe side when it comes to your wall design.

Chequered wallpaper

When we think of chequers, we see those simple chequered tablecloths on which there is then a glass of wine, a piece of fresh bread, olive oil and a pepper mill. Everything that is checked makes us think of  country house atmosphere, cosiness, simplicity in the best sense and classic ambience with a dash of wit.
What does this have to do with the check wallpaper? Try it out. Checks are just as classic as they are picture-perfect.
