Beautiful bath toys

What would the bath be without a nice bath toy? The toy for splashing around is indispensable when it comes to playing, having fun and, of course, learning.

The classic is, of course, the ever-popular squeaky duck. Rubber ducks therefore also make up a large part of the range. In second place, of course, are boats of all kinds. But also everything else that brings joy and is halfway resistant is of course also suitable as a bath toy.

suitable material for the toy

As parents, we know that this is the criterion that our offspring pay least attention to. Everything that can be taken into a full bathtub and can get wet, but must not, is taken into the bath.

Nevertheless, there are materials that would then be somewhat more suitable. Most toys are made of plastic, rubber (caoutchouc) or silicone. Colour, shape and material are then resistant to water, soap and foam.

In exceptional cases there are also wooden toys. With appropriate surface treatment and regular drying, this should also not be a problem.

Features of the bath toy

First and foremost, of course, is the fun and play. Ships fight their way through mountains of foam and are attacked and boarded by pirates. Submarines explore the bathtub floor and rubber ducks relax on the edge of the bathtub. There is splashing, foaming and the bathroom is put under water.

But the game also has a lot of educational things up its sleeve and so your child can make one or the other experience by playing. Because water has not only to do with flooded bathrooms, but also a lot with physics and the understanding of elements.

What floats on top and what sinks? How long does something float on top and how quickly does something sink? Foam is light and can float through the air if you blow hard enough. Water is heavier and can splash if you move fast and hard enough. And how do waves work?

So bath toys are more versatile than you think. besides the play factor and the appearance, there is also a nice experiential value that goes along with it.
