They are pretty, fun and very decorative. They also create a warm, fairytale and playful atmosphere in the baby's room. And so they not only create moods in the room, but also in us. Children's lamps and baby lamps always fulfil quite a few different purposes.

Lampions are predominantly about colours and motifs, about fantasy and creativity. Fairytale animals, funny figures, atmospheric landscapes with enchanting motifs, playful dots and wonderful checked patterns. Enchanting worlds are created and discovered. So they are much more than a source of light - an absolute eye-catcher that puts you in a good mood. The subdued light with the imaginative motifs and shapes is a wonderful decorative lighting. 

They are also a wonderful lighting at garden parties and other celebrations, because they create a cosy atmosphere and simply make every party shine. 

By the way, the first lantern was made of bamboo sticks and thin paper, inside it burned a piece of cloth soaked in petroleum. Today, there are different illuminants for the lanterns.  

The inventor of the first lantern was a Chinese politician who is considered a hero in China. At the time of the Three Kingdoms in China, he was surrounded by enemies.  He made a lantern and sent it on a journey to his allies by using the direction of the wind and the air heated in the lantern. This is how he was saved.
