No engineered wood or plastics. All fittings and drawer slides are equipped with damping mechanisms and meet "Soft Close" standards. They can be adjusted and configured precisely and perfectly. Additionally, they are tested for approximately 80,000 cycles of use, which translates to approximately 73 years of use. The soft-close mechanism ensures silent and gentle closing, and finger pinching is impossible. The drawers can be fully extended. Special mechanisms prevent tipping and make them easier to access and load. No visible screws are used. Drawers and other furniture pieces are held together using classic wooden joints such as dovetails. There are hidden reinforcements in the corners that provide additional stability. Environmental Protection & Sustainability All Romina children's and baby furniture is made from European solid wood. Depending on the model, it may be oak or beechwood. The wood used is not dried using chemical processes. Only certified low emission paints and finishes are used for the surface. All fabrics exceed the requirements of the Consumer Safety Commission.All adhesives and glues used are strictly tested for pollutants. They contain no VOCs and of course no formaldehyde.

Note on colors.
The furniture is available in different colors and techniques. This means that some surfaces play with "imperfection". Apparently worn surfaces or edges are intentional and result in a "shabby chic" or country style. This is therefore not a reason for complaint. Alternatively, there are of course also classically painted surfaces that are even.

Order and delivery information

The furniture will be ordered for you. The delivery time is indicated above. As soon as the furniture is on its way to you, we will let you know. It will be delivered to you by a freight carrier. They will contact you by phone in advance to arrange a delivery date with you. With your consent, we will provide your telephone number to the delivering freight carrier. So, you don't have to worry about anything.
Please note that standard delivery only goes up to the curb. If that's not enough for you, please contact us before delivery. We can then organize delivery to the house or corresponding rooms for an additional fee. We will of course let you know the additional cost in advance.

You will have to assemble the furniture. A detailed assembly manual is included.

You can choose from a variety of colors and finishes with Romina furniture. All colors are tested for harmful substances and do not contain lead, phthalates, metals, VOCs, or other chemicals that could be harmful to your child. All colors are applied using a special, multi-stage process, guaranteeing the highest quality and durability.

Expert furniture craftsmen carefully carry out finishing techniques and surface sanding correction until the correct consistency and wood penetration is achieved. Water-based surface treatments then receive a final clear coat that seals the finished surface and provides resistance and comfort. Oil-based finishes saturate the wood and provide a protective barrier while maintaining the rustic and organic feel of the wood.

The multi-stage coating process eliminates the need for solvents or other artificial hardeners in the equipment solution. Water-based clear coats have superior resistance to mechanical impact, friction, and environmental influence. Natural oxidation, aging, or color fading are generally less significant and slower on water-based finishes and hardwoods.
