Construction and quality
Only European-certified solid wood is used. No panel materials or plastics.

All fittings and drawer guides come equipped with damping mechanisms and comply with "soft close". They can be precisely and perfectly adjusted and calibrated. In addition, they are tested for about 80 thousand usage cycles. That corresponds to a duration of about 73 years. 

The soft-close mechanism ensures quiet and gentle closing. And finger trapping is also impossible with it. 

The drawers can be completely pulled out. Special devices prevent tipping. This makes them easier to access and convenient to fill.

No visible screws are used. Drawers and other furniture parts are held with classic wood constructions. For example, the so-called dovetail joints on the drawers. In addition, there are hidden reinforcements in the corners that give the furniture additional stability. 

Environmental protection & sustainability
All Romina children's and baby furniture is made of European solid wood. Depending on the model, it is oak or beech wood. The wood used is not dried through a chemical process.

Only pollutant-tested colors and varnishes are used for the surface, of course. All fabrics exceed the requirements of the "Consumer Safety Commission".

All used adhesives and glues are strictly tested for pollutants. They do not contain any VOCs and of course no formaldehyde.
All furniture is GREENGUARD GOLD certified. This means that there are no toxic emissions. This is extremely important, especially for furniture in connection with indoor spaces where children and toddlers stay.

Note on colors.
The furniture is available in different colors and techniques. This means that some surfaces play with "imperfection". Apparent sanded surfaces or edges are intentional and create the "shabby chic" or country style. This is not a reason for complaint. Alternatively, there are of course classically painted surfaces that are even.

The furniture will be ordered for you. The delivery time is indicated above. As soon as the furniture starts its journey to you, we will inform you. It will be delivered to you by a shipping company. They will contact you in advance by phone to arrange a delivery date. With your consent, we will provide your phone number to the delivering shipping company. So, you don't have to worry about anything. Please note that the standard delivery only goes up to the curb. If that is not sufficient for you, please contact us before delivery. We can then organize delivery to the house or the relevant rooms for an additional charge. We will inform you of the surcharge in advance. You will have to assemble the furniture yourself. All colors are applied through a special, multi-stage process, guaranteeing the highest quality and durability. Expert furniture craftsmen carefully perform finishing techniques and surface sanding corrections until the correct consistency and wood penetration are achieved. Water-based surface treatments then receive a final clearcoat, sealing the finished surface and providing resistance and comfort. Oil-based surfaces saturate the wood and provide a protective layer while retaining the rustic and organic feel of the wood. The multi-stage layering process eliminates the use of solvents or other artificial hardeners in the finishing solution. Water-based clearcoats have superior resistance to mechanical and environmental influences, friction, and wear.
