No laminated materials or plastics. All fittings and drawer slides have damping mechanisms and comply with "Soft Close". They can be precisely and perfectly adjusted and calibrated. In addition, they are tested for approximately 80,000 usage cycles. This corresponds to a duration of approximately 73 years. The Soft Close mechanism ensures quiet and gentle closing. And it also makes it impossible to pinch fingers. The drawers can be completely pulled out. Special devices prevent tipping. This makes them easier to access and convenient to load. No visible screws are used. Drawers and other furniture parts are held together with classic wood constructions. For example, dovetails on the drawers. In addition, there are hidden reinforcements in the corners that give the furniture additional stability. Environmental Protection & Sustainability All Romina children's and baby furniture is made of European solid wood. Depending on the model, it is either oak or beech wood. The wood used is not dried by a chemical process.Of course, only pollution-tested paints and varnishes are used for the surface. All substances exceed the requirements of the "Consumer Safety Commission".

Note on colors.
The furniture is available in different colors and techniques. This means that some surfaces play with the "imperfection". Apparent sanded surfaces or edges are intentional and create the "shabby chic" or country style. This is not a reason for complaint. Alternatively, there are also classically painted surfaces that are even.

Order and delivery information
The furniture will be ordered for you. The delivery time is stated above. As soon as the furniture starts its journey to you, we will let you know. It will be delivered to you by a shipping company. They will contact you by phone in advance to arrange a delivery date. With your consent, we will provide your telephone number to the delivering shipping company. So, you don't have to worry about anything.
Please note that standard delivery is only to the curb. If that's not enough for you, please contact us before the delivery. We can then organize delivery to the house or corresponding room for an additional charge. Of course, we will inform you of the surcharge beforehand.

You will have to assemble and mount the furniture yourself. A detailed assembly guide is included.

Color World
You can choose from a variety of colors and finishes with Romina furniture. All colors are proven to be free from harmful substances such as lead, phthalates, metals, VOCs or other chemicals that could be harmful to your child. All colors are applied using a special multi-stage process which ensures the highest quality and durability.

Skilled furniture craftsmen carefully perform finishing techniques and sand surface correction until the correct consistency and wood penetration is achieved. Water-based surface treatments are then given a final clear coat, which seals the finished surface and provides durability and comfort. Oil-based surfaces saturate the wood and provide a protective layer while maintaining the rustic and organic feel of the wood.

The multi-layered application eliminates the need for solvents or other artificial hardeners in the finishing solution.Water-based clear coats have superior resistance to mechanical influences, friction and environmental influences.  Natural oxidation, aging, or color fading tend to be less significant and slower to occur with water-based paints and woods.

Stardust: Water-based glitter effect paint. The surface appears silvery and the wood grain is visible. Dove/white: Water-based. White and opaque with a small hint of gray, rather matte.
