Ordering and Delivery Information

We will order the furniture for you from Quax in Belgium. You can see the current delivery time above the product photos. As soon as the furniture arrives with us, we will check it and then send it on to you by freight forwarder. We can also deliver ourselves in the vicinity of Düsseldorf.
Of course, we will contact you beforehand when the time comes. The shipping company will coordinate a delivery date in advance. For this, we require your phone number, which we will pass on to the shipping company with your consent. So, you don't need to worry about anything else.
Please note that standard delivery by the shipping company only goes up to the curb. If you wish to have the furniture transported to your house or the respective room, please contact us after placing your order. This service can be added for a small fee.
