Order and Delivery Information

We will order the furniture for you from Quax in Belgium. The current delivery time is shown above next to the product photos. Once the furniture arrives with us, we will check it over and then dispatch it to you via a specialist courier. If you live in the vicinity of Düsseldorf, we can also deliver it ourselves.
Of course, we will contact you beforehand when it is time to do so. The courier will arrange a delivery date with you well in advance. For this, we will need your telephone number, which we will pass on to the courier with your permission. So, you don't have to worry about anything else.

Please note that standard courier delivery only goes up to the curbside. If you want transport to your house or the relevant room, please contact us after you have placed your order. This service can be added for a small fee.
