Order and delivery information

The furniture will be ordered for you by us in Belgium from Quax. You can see the current delivery time above next to the product photos. As soon as the furniture has arrived with us, we will check it and then send it on to you by freight forwarder. In the immediate vicinity of Düsseldorf, we can also deliver it ourselves. Of course, we will notify you in advance when the time comes. The forwarding agency will coordinate a delivery date in good time. For this, we need your telephone number, which we will pass on to the forwarding agency with your consent. So you don't need to worry about anything else.

Please note that standard delivery by the forwarding agency only goes as far as the curbside. If you wish to have the furniture transported to your home or to the respective room, please contact us after placing your order. This service can be added for a small flat rate.
