Order and delivery information

We order the furniture for you from Quax in Belgium. You can see the current delivery time above the product photos. As soon as the furniture has arrived with us, we will check it and then send it on to you by freight forwarder. We can also deliver ourselves in the vicinity of Düsseldorf.
Of course, we will contact you beforehand when the time comes. The shipping company will coordinate a delivery date in advance. For this, we need your phone number, which we will pass on to the shipping company with your consent. So you don't need to worry about anything else.
Please note that standard delivery by the shipping company only goes as far as the curb. If you would like transport to your house or to the appropriate room, please contact us after placing your order. This service can be added for a small fee.
