Order and delivery information

We will order the furniture from Quax in Belgium for you. You can see the current delivery time above next to the product photos. As soon as the furniture arrives with us, we will check it and send it on to you by freight carrier. We can also deliver ourselves in the immediate vicinity of Düsseldorf.
Of course, we will contact you beforehand when the time comes. The freight carrier will coordinate a delivery date in good time. For this, we need your phone number, which we will pass on to the freight carrier with your consent. So you don't need to worry about anything else.
Please note that the standard delivery by the forwarding agency only goes up to the edge of the sidewalk. If you would like transportation to your home or to the corresponding room, please contact us after placing your order. This service can be added for a small fee. 

Also, please be aware that the furniture will need to be assembled by you.
