The bed is ordered for you in Spain and delivered to us. We then send it to you via freight forwarding after it has been checked. The bed is delivered in individual parts and has to be assembled by you. Please note that standard delivery is only up to the curbside. If you want delivery to your house/the desired room and/or assembly service, please contact us. We will then make you a flat-rate offer. The freight forwarder will contact you beforehand to coordinate a delivery date with you, for which we will need your phone number. We will take care of everything else.
